TS 1 Conveyor Tilt Switch (Blocked Chute Detector)

Application
Mounted hanging inside a chute at a level that the material don’t normally reach during normal operation when the chute is not blocked. When a chute is blocked, material will build up from the bottom causing the tilt switch to tilt. The tilting of the switch by 35 degrees or more will cause the contacts to open and these contacts could be connected to stop the in bye conveyor. The switch is designed to trip at 35 degrees regardless of the direction in which it is tilted.
